Q. How can I start business with HOMELI?

A: The following are the cooperation mode we can provide:

Q. Can I buy your products for my own house?

A: Sure. There is no MOQ since we not only focus on larger projects, but home users.


Q. Can I buy your products in bulk?

Q. What about the production time?

A: Different products and different materials require different production times, and we have set specific production times for different products and materials.

Q. How long will shipping take?

A: For Asia market,7-14 days. For American market 25-30  days.


Q. Do you offer customized design? 

A: Yes, you can send us drawings and material color and size, we will let the designer come up with the plan, if you need I can send you the picture of our sample cabinet.

Q. Package detail in HOMELI

A: HOMELI usually uses two methods for kitchen cabinet packing. One is RTA (Ready to assemble) and the other is fully assembled. As to the glass and countertops, we use cartons for packing and reinforce them with wooden frames to avoid breakage in transit.


S. It is my first time to import from China, what should I do?

Q. Can I get your price list?

A: We would like to give an idea about price for your reference, please send us your floor plan to get a custom price. Contact us to get more details.


Q. What kinds of payment term do you accept?

A: Normally we accept T/T, 30% deposit should be paid before production, and balance paid before shipping. Contact us to get more details.


Q. What price term do you do?

A: We quote FOB price if enough for one 20ft container, otherwise we quote EXW price. Contact us to get more details.


Q. Should I pay for your design?

A: We do not charge for design,  but should be paid before design as down payment, it will be used as deposit.


Q. What is the installation cost?

At present, HOMELI has three installation cooperation methods, and different methods have different costs.


For Project Orders

1). All-inclusive from HOMELI 2). Guide from HOMELI 3). All-inclusive by the local cooperative installation team.

Regarding the all-inclusive quotation, it needs to be determined according to your specific project, but the cost is generally controlled at about 13% of the project.

If you choose the installation method guided by HOMELI, HOMELI will arrange personnel to go out to guide the installation team to install, charge 800 USD/day, and the customer will provide accommodation. It usually takes about a week to half a month.


For Retail Orders

We suggest asking local installer to help and we will send the guidance for assistance. It is not that difficult.

Q: Will you send people to my home and take measurements?

A: If for individual use, a measure guidance will be given for your reference.  Please inquiry our sales


Q. Do you offer Installation service in HOMELI?

A: Yes, now we just only offer DIY guide video.
